2. Information We Collect

Account & Contact Data

When you create an account we collect your email address. We do not collect your name, address or phone number unless you voluntarily provide them (e.g. in support communications).

Photos You Upload

To generate your AI headshots you upload one or more photos of yourself. These images are stored securely in our cloud infrastructure and processed by our trusted AI provider solely to generate your portraits. We do not use your photos to train AI models and we do not share them with third parties for any other purpose.

Payment Data

Payments are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). We never see or store your full credit card details. Stripe may collect billing address and card information in accordance with their own privacy policy.

Usage & Technical Data

We automatically collect standard server logs including IP address, browser type, referring URL and pages visited. This data is used to diagnose issues, prevent abuse and improve the service.

4. Data Retention

Generated headshots and original uploaded photos are retained on your account until you delete them or close your account. After account closure we delete your photos within 30 days. Server logs are retained for up to 90 days.

5. Third-Party Processors

To operate the service we work with trusted third-party providers for authentication and secure data storage, AI image generation processing, payment processing, and website hosting. Each provider is carefully vetted, bound by a Data Processing Agreement, and only processes data as strictly necessary to deliver their part of the service.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have the right to:

• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
